HOW SOLEIS IS MADE.
The new complex is built in full compliance with current regulations. All structural, technical, environmental and energy standards are perfectly compatible with each other, in harmony with the design methods. The building techniques, together with the use of materials and finishes of the highest quality, guarantee high levels of living and structural stability. Waterproofing of the underground parts is obtained with an aqua-stop concrete system; doors and windows meet the requirements for the building’s grade A energy efficiency, and are already set up for fitting shades, standardized to the rules of the building. For buildings A and B, the elevator has six stops, from the basement to the solarium.

With Soleis, everything follows a grade A. The electrical system which is integrated with the photovoltaic panels and the heating system powered with heat pumps and solar panels, do not require the use of any gas fired systems. Moreover, the formula called "semi-centralized" meets both the needs of those who decide to live there throughout the year, and those who live there only in the summer months: power consumption is calculated on the actual usage by every household. The underfloor heating creates no space hindrances, the heat pumps and the distribution units are located in proper technical rooms. Thus, the architecture of the buildings meets not only aesthetic standards, but also reduces energy consumption. Everything in line with maximum comfort, even in the winter months.
