Waterproofing of the underground parts is obtained with an aqua-stop concrete system; doors and windows meet the requirements for the building’s grade A energy efficiency, and are already set up for fitting shades, standardized to the rules of the building. For buildings A and B, the elevator has six stops, from the basement to the solarium.

Moreover, the formula called "semi-centralized" meets both the needs of those who decide to live there throughout the year, and those who live there only in the summer months: power consumption is calculated on the actual usage by every household. The underfloor heating creates no space hindrances, the heat pumps and the distribution units are located in proper technical rooms.
