The first building of the West area is made up of eleven flats developed on five levels: basement (the part earmarked for garages and cellars), ground, first and second floor each with a two-room flat and two two-bedroom apartments, all with sea views; the third floor consists of two penthouses with a private solarium each.
To ensure the maximum privacy, the two structures are built at a greater distance than required by law.
